Terms of Service
These placeholder terms describe the agreement between Feedmill and its customers.
1. Acceptance of terms
By creating an account or using Feedmill at feedmill.ca, you agree to these terms. If you use the service on behalf of an organization, you confirm you are authorized to accept these terms for that organization.
2. The service
Feedmill provides a subscription workspace for your organization. We may change or improve the service over time; material changes to these terms will be announced before they take effect.
3. Subscriptions and billing
Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or yearly interval and renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the paid period. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
4. Acceptable use
You are responsible for the content your organization stores in the service and for keeping account credentials secure. You may not use the service for unlawful activity or to infringe the rights of others.
5. Liability
The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability under these terms is limited to the amounts you paid in the twelve months before the claim arose.
