Feedmill collects the information needed to run your workspace: account details you provide (such as your name and email address), the content your organization stores in the service, and basic operational logs.

We use this information to provide and secure the service, to communicate with you about your account, and to comply with legal obligations. We do not sell personal data.
3. Cookies
Feedmill sets essential cookies only — a session cookie that keeps you signed in. There are no analytics, advertising, or other third-party tracking cookies, which is why this site shows no cookie banner. If that ever changes, this policy and the site's consent UI will change with it.
4. Storage and retention
Each organization's data is isolated per tenant. We retain personal data for as long as your account is active and delete or anonymize it after account closure, except where retention is legally required.
5. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data. Write to us and we will respond within the timelines required by applicable law.
